Our Story
1996
After working a summer job as a painter, Dustin began as a Chick-fil-A Team Member at Parkway East in Birmingham, AL.
2003
Upon graduation from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL, with a B.A. in Biblical Theology, Dustin decided to pursue a career as a Chick-fil-A Operator. This journey included temporarily operating and working in locations in Daytona Beach, FL, Birmingham, AL, and Cincinnati, OH.
2005
Dustin was selected as Operator of the Tower Place location in Cincinnati, OH. This team still serves many customers from this location, and it’s an honor and joy to have the opportunity to know and serve people in the community for so long.
2009
After much success operating in downtown Cincinnati, Dustin and the Team were granted the opportunity to relocate and operate the new standing restaurant that was being built in Florence, KY, on Houston Road.
2017
After an unsuccessful attempt at operating two locations. Dustin and the team relocated to and opened the new Chick-fil-A location on Mall Road. While this was a disappointment and challenging season, it did prompt significant learning, growth, and change that God would use in countless ways for their good and His glory!
2025
After experiencing incredible growth at Mall Road, Dustin and the team were selected to operate an additional Chick-fil-A restaurant in Union, KY. This opportunity was made possible by the many team members and thousands of customers with whom this team has had the opportunity to serve in the Florence/Boone County/Cincinnati area for over 20 years. Dustin and his team are so grateful for the chance to continue to be a positive influence in the Northern Kentucky community!
